How to use Tockra

It's a dial. Twist it, or just start. Everything else is gentle.

Set a timer

Twist the dial to choose your minutes, type what you're focusing on (or pick a previous one), and hit Start. The wedge winds down as you go.

Or just start — Kaizen

Tap the big 改善 Kaizen button to commit to one minute. If it flows, it rolls into a perpetual stopwatch — no need to decide how long upfront. Twist the dial any time to turn it into a fixed countdown.

Switch tasks freely

Bouncing between things is normal. Tap a different project any time — on the page or with the ⇄ Switch button in the floating pop-out — and Tockra logs the slice you just did and starts a fresh one. One 90-minute flow becomes “32m A · 41m B · 17m C”. Forgot to switch? Rename it later in History, or just leave it.

Take a break

Hit Break when you step away — your time is saved and the stopwatch pauses. Come back and hit Resume. Breaks are tracked separately, never counted against your focus goal.

Know when to stop

Set your daily stop time in the top-right corner. Tockra counts down to it and won't let a session run past it — it nudges you to wrap up or come back tomorrow. The point is to stop hyperfocus and get on with your life.

Keep it with you

Switch to another tab and a small floating dial pops up so your timer follows you. Click Pop out for the interactive version you can twist (and switch projects from).

See how you work

History (open it during a break) shows your daily and monthly focus, your breaks, and a map of how you work — when you focus best and when you like to rest.

Sound, your way

Toggle a natural voice, subtle ticking, or full silence from the top-left — whatever keeps you in the zone.
