改善Kaizen

A calm timer for getting started.

The idea

Tockra is built on one Japanese idea: 改善 — kaizen, small continuous improvement. You don't need a perfect plan or a big block of time. You just need to begin. Commit to one minute and see where it goes — most of the time, momentum carries you the rest of the way.

The dial

Instead of a number ticking down, Tockra gives you a real mechanical dial you twist to set your time. The wedge winds down as you focus, so progress is something you feel at a glance — no maths, no hunting for the right tab.

Made for busy minds

If you have ADHD, you know the two hard parts: starting, and stopping. Tockra helps with both. Kaizen mode removes the friction of starting. And because hyperfocus can run away with your whole evening, Tockra holds a daily stop time — when you reach it, the timer gently winds the session down so you can get on with your life.

Quiet by design

No streak guilt, no confetti, no noise. Tockra stays out of the way — a still dial, a soft chime, and a record of how you actually like to work, so you can work with your patterns instead of against them.
